fix: компиляция под Windows с Linux

- добавил EnableWindowsTargeting для кросс-компиляции
- добавил ImplicitUsings, убрал конфликтующие глобальные using
- добавил недостающие using во всех файлах
- пофиксил ambiguous references (Application, MessageBox, Button, KeyEventArgs, FontStyle)
- пофиксил null-conditional assignment
